Gmt-Demil offers a more comprehensive and integrated service option than Consultancy in the form of 'Project Management'

We become a temporary contracted section of your company to take practical control of the project with an exclusively dedicated team of personnel. The objective is to deliver the completed project on-site for the best value to your satisfaction. We visit and request proposals from sub-contractors and suppliers on your behalf, to spend your money as if we were a section of your company at best value for money. Any price negotiations with suppliers are authorized by your representative. We report to your senior management each week as the project progresses with an in-person meeting at your premises every 30 days. Your financial department is supplied with quotations for budget considerations and cash flow reviews, authorizing purchases and paying direct to the suppliers, as required. Your senior management has overall control of the project with the day to day co-ordination left to Gmt-Demil's team.

[Payment for this type of service is slightly different from the fixed rate Consultancy option. Our 'Project Management' payment fee is in addition to your supplier costs at a percentage rate of your gross cost, split into agreed proportional percentage payments at the completion of each pre-agreed project stage.]
